Our dedicated Centre of Excellence for Trainer Education supports both new and experienced trainers in developing their professional practice. We focus on methodological and didactic excellence, equipping trainers with the skills to design sustainable and impactful learning experiences.

We currently offer three specialised train-the-trainer programmes, each of which is tailored to the specific demands of its field.

• Technical Training: This course is targeted at subject matter experts—such as engineers, technicians, or operators—who are responsible for delivering training on machines, tools, or systems. The course itself does not cover technical content, but focuses exclusively on the methodology of delivering complex content in a clear and effective way.
   
• Intercultural Training: This programme is designed for professionals who want to deliver intercultural training in a global context. The programme covers the necessary cultural frameworks and didactic tools for delivering meaningful, internationally relevant sessions.
   
• Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Designed for those aspiring to become DEI trainers, this course provides a combination of subject-specific knowledge and practical guidance on creating inclusive and engaging learning environments that promote awareness and encourage positive change.

Diversity Webinars

Diversity Webinars is our e-learning platform that focuses exclusively on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace. Designed primarily for corporate clients, it provides scalable training solutions to help organisations deliver DEI topics to large audiences.

The platform covers a broad spectrum of diversity dimensions, including age, disability, gender, sexual orientation, cultural and ethnic background, religion and belief, social origin, and neurodiversity. These topics are explored in a way that is both practical and culturally sensitive, helping organisations to raise awareness, challenge bias, and foster a more inclusive work environment.

We offer self-paced webinars through a subscription-based model that can be accessed individually or as part of a company-wide learning initiative. The content is optimised for asynchronous use, making it ideal for distributed teams and flexible schedules.

We also offer live online training sessions led by experienced DEI trainers. These sessions are available in all European countries and provide an interactive space for reflection, discussion, and skill development.
